Hello Everyone!

I’m doing really well. I still love being a missionary. Bintulu is my favorite area. Elder Ee and I have a good relationship. We’re still working on being more focused and consecrated. Being consecrated is quite difficult. There is always something we can do better at, so it’s pretty hard to be fully consecrated, but we can get really close.

Our area is progressing. Recently we’ve found some really awesome people. We had a good lesson Thursday with our new investigator. He has really good questions about the Godhead and he’s really willing to read and to come to church. Sadly due to someone breaking into his house and him having to stay there because of his landlord having to come prevented him from coming to church, but we hope him and his 3 friends will all come to church next week.

We also have some other people who should become new investigators next week. We finally got in contact with a good potential. We haven’t been able to contact her for a while, but for some reason, I still thought we should go try to find her.

I feel like one of our less active members (we only have a few) is progressing. Shortly after baptism, she had some “weird” experiences which shook her faith and scared her so she just returned to her previous church, but I think she wants to believe our church is true. She just has some questions about the Holy Ghost. She’s read the entire Book of Mormon, which I was surprised to hear, but she just doesn’t know if she truly knows it true. We’ll help her though. She has a desire and I believe she’ll come back.

We were able to meet with another less-active and her family. They have a lot of potential as well, the only problem is that they are really busy. Hari Raya (Muslim Holiday, sort of like new years or something, maybe like Thanksgiving, it’s the end of a month fast, when they fast from dawn until dusk, you can look it up if you want to) helped us, most the people we’re working with were home and had time to meet.

The people we’re working with are progressing slowly. One of the things that can help them progress a lot faster is having members present at our lessons. It’s difficult, but we’ll see what we can do.

This next week is going to be full of miracles! Bintulu is seriously the best.

Thanks for reading my letter.
