This week has been awesome! Zone conference was great. I always love them. I enjoyed the trainings. Elder S and I learned a lot and we have a lot of things that we can apply to make Binutulu amazing. We’ll have to work on actually applying the things we learned. I think a lot of times missionaries learn, but then don’t apply, so basically there’s no use in them learning. I only have 2 zone conferences left 😦 So sad. I love serving a mission. I have faith that we’re going to see some huge miracles and that we’ll become great teachers as we apply the things we learned at zone conference.

We’re going to work on building the foundation of Bintulu. Our group is small so if we can, from the start, have a firm foundation and a norm for people to follow when they join the church, the Binutulu Chinese group will really progress, become a Branch, and be a big light on the hill for others to see.

We had 5 investigators at church. They’re all progressing. We’re hoping on having 7 this week. We should be able to hit our goal.

We saw some really cool miracles. One, happened at the airport. We met a family who’s son has special needs. Elder S used to work with special needs kids in high school so he really loved them. He was in his 40’s and his parents were around 70 I think. They were very kind. They’re Christian, from Kuching, and they said we could come over to visit them whenever we wanted. Hopefully the elders in Kuching will be able to contact them. Another miracle we saw was that one of our investigators Bro. *** and his family came to church. He sometimes works on Sunday, so his wife and kids come, but he doesn’t. We hope they’ll get baptized next month.

My time is up. I’ll be sure to write next week! Bye!
