Hello!

Last week was pretty good. We had some success. Sadly we didn’t get any new investigators (we still haven’t got return appointments), but once we do, then they’ll become new investigators. We hope to get a lot this week. We found some people that I think have potential.

Always talking with people is becoming easier and easier. I love talking with people. It gives me energy, but sometimes I chat them. I need to get better at teaching when I find (testifying). This is what I’ll be focusing on this week.

Like I said, we saw a lot of miracles. One was that one of our potentials came to church. He came to gospel principles (not sacrament because he got there late) and the lesson was on prayer. I’d never met him because some other missionaries found him (Elder Pierce). He seems willing to learn and will come to church. We met with another potential. I met her on the MRT, but I didn’t have enough time to get her number. I think it was a really fast contact and I gave her our card. She went to mormon.org and read about what we do as missionaries, then she texted us and we met with her on Sunday. We asked a member to help with the lesson. It was a miracle! It was a pretty good lesson. She accepted a Book of Mormon. We’ll pass her to Elder Grant and Elder Takin because she actually isn’t Chinese. She’s from Myanmar.

We met with a potential named ***. He’s from China and his Chinese is difficult to understand. He’s willing to meet again, we just need to bring a member with us who will understand him better. It wasn’t a very good lesson, but he’s still willing to meet. Miracle!

Also, we had a fun time doing service at the YWCA. Also we did service at this lady’s house. That was fun.

Thanks for reading my update.
