Hello! Greetings from Singapore!
Our mission is doing really great. We’re seeing tons of miracles. I asked Elder Li how Melaka (my old area) was doing and this is what he said, “Melaka’s doing way awesome. The other Elders found eight new investigators this week, and we managed to get 44 potentials last week. It’s been hard finding prepared people, but they’ll come soon. Also, *** came to church yesterday. . . It turned out to be a pretty good experience. She is on date for March 26, so hopefully she makes that date.”
Last week wasn’t the best, but we did still see miracles. I’d say the biggest miracle of the week is that we met with our potential name ***. He’s from Sitiawan (in West Malaysia). He’s really cool. He’s our newest investigator. He’s really nice, seems really humble, and we hope he’ll come to church and keep meeting with us.
We have a lot of potential people to meet with so we’re hoping to get a bunch of new investigators this week. We also have to go really hard at always talking with people. We weren’t the best at that (compared to a couple weeks ago when we found a lot of potentials). Last week really flew by. It seemed like nothing really happened.
We didn’t do the best last week, but this week is a new slate. We’re going to see miracles! We just have to be obedient and have faith. It’s pretty simple. I love serving in Singapore. It’s the best. Sorry this is so short. I’ll make it longer next week because I’ll have tons of miracles to write about.
Thank you all for reading my update!
Oh yeah we also ate at this pretty good Chinese place in Chinatown.
