Hello!

We actually had success this week. Woohoo! Like I said last week, things are starting to happen here in Melaka.

I really enjoyed spending time with our zone for P-Day and for our zone meeting. I finally got see Elder Avery. I haven’t seen him since the MTC. I hope I’ll be able to serve with him. Anyway, after our zone meeting we returned to Melaka. We got home late.

That was kind of a weird start to the week. When we got back, that was when we really started doing missionary work.

My faith is ever increasing as we meet prepared people to teach and as I witness miracles. Sometimes you don’t see the fruit of your labor, but occasionally you do.

The biggest miracle of this week is that we found 3 new investigators. One of which came to church. Our Sacrament meeting went really well. You could definitely feel the spirit. She left right before sacrament finished because she had to go pick up her daughter (who is also an investigator) from an activity, but while she was leaving I could see a smile on her face.

We found another pretty good potential investigator who we hope to meet with this week.

This week, we only worked with one member. This next week we hope to involve more members. We plan on making a calendar where members can write which days they are available to help us. I believe missionaries have done this in the past. This should help the members get more involved in missionary work.

I enjoyed reading your letters. I will try to be more faithful, diligent, and in tune to the spirit this week. I always have to work on these. Thank you for everything you do.

Thanks for reading my update!
