Hello everyone!

This week went well. Here’s what happened:

Monday – We played futsal (basically soccer, but indoors. I don’t know why it’s not just called indoor soccer) with most of our zone and some youth from a couple of Branches. It was pretty fun. The youth were pretty good. I’m not very good, but I made a goal. Woohoo! Yeah it was pretty fun. Later that night we met with an investigator at shop. I’d never met him before, but Elder Durrant had told me he worked there. I thought he told me he was a member, but he was actually an investigator. He doesn’t really have any interest though.

Tuesday – We visited Bro. E** and his wife R**. R** isn’t a member and Bro. E** likes us coming so she’ll develop the desire to attend church. She’s really nice and she actually had some questions about the Book of Mormon. It was a good visit. We also met with our investigator V**. Bro. E** drove us. I think I’ve already talked about V**. He’s so crazy. He had some questions about marriage so we taught him about eternal marriage. He also went off on a big tangent about divorce. At least he asks us good questions though.

Wednesday – We met with 2 potential investigators named M** and J**. They were cool and willing to meet, J** just wouldn’t accept the Book of Mormon. They’re Roman Catholic I think. He said he’d read the Book of Mormon though. I don’t think M** cared much. She probably just follows J**. Before we met with them. We asked some people if they could help us find where M** and J** were. They helped us and after we met with M** and J** we went back to talk to them. They were awesome. They probably have more potential than M** and J**.

Thursday was Elder Lundahl-Wolford’s year mark. So we had to celebrate. We met with a recent convert named P** because she wanted to celebrate his anniversary. We at a normal food court/shop. After we went to a park to burn one of Elder Lundahl-Wolford’s shirts. I guess that’s a thing. I don’t know if I’ll do that at my year mark. After we did that, while we were biking home, Elder Lundahl-Wolford crashed on his bike. He was doing a jump and his feet slipped of the pedals when he landed the jump. The bike flipped over him and he hurt his hand.

Friday – In the morning we called Sister Mains, then later we went to the hospital. Elder Lundahl-Wolford got his hand x-rayed and it was fine. His hand just hurts. He just had soft tissue trauma. After that we didn’t do much. We just rested at home. We did go to a baptism at the church.

Saturday – We met with P** again and sort of taught her friend. P** really likes us. We also met with M**. Bro D** came to help at the lesson. We talked about baptism. Our lesson went well, but I don’t think M** actually has much interest anymore. Later we met with a recent convert Auntie M**. She’s awesome.

Sunday – Elder Lundahl-Wolford gave a good talk in church. He basically taught our entire gospel principles class, and we taught the priesthood lesson. We were planning on visiting some potential investigators, but that didn’t work out. Yeah, nothing really happened on Sunday.

Monday – Now it’s P-day. We cleaned our house and then we came here to the internet cafe. We may be playing rugby later, but we probably won’t go. I’ll be getting a haircut. Hopefully it’ll look good.

Anyways, that’s it for this last week. Thank you all for reading my update! I’d like to testify to you and share my testimony that this church is true. Recently, I’ve been studying charity. Without charity, we’re nothing. I encourage all to strive to develop charity. Love and serve others. It will bring you much happiness in your life. On Sunday, the lesson we taught in priesthood was about the Spirit and how important is. We should strive to always have the companionship of the Holy Ghost. If we do this it will definitely help us love and serve others. Once again, thank you all for reading and I’ll talk to you next week!
