This week has been amazing.

Tuesday – Our Tuesday night devotional was awesome. Brother Brent H. Nielson and his wife spoke. His talk was about all the things that we had wished he had known on his mission. He shared some good advice. the choir sang More Holiness Give Me. There weren’t very many people in the choir. I feel like a lot of people were in it just to sing in General conference and now that we already did, they don’t go. We had a great spiritual devotional review as well.

Wednesday – We did trafficking again. The Brother in charge specially requested us, haha, I guess he likes us. It wasn’t very busy, only 250 new missionaries came in compared to 475 last week and 500 next week. I also found a time for me and Jake to audition for our musical number. Our lesson went really well and that’s pretty much happened that day.

Thursday – Thursday was Great! We had a service project in the morning after gym, but sadly we had to leave early because we had to make it to mine and Jake’s audition. We did get what we were supposed to get done though. We auditioned with I’m Trying to be Like Jesus. Sister Nally, President Nally’s wife said we were a “yes” and that we should watch our mailbox for when to perform. After dinner we got a letter saying that we were singing on Sunday! I was so excited. Haha we needed to practice a little though. We also found out that we’re hosting. Woohoo! I hope I’ll be able to host Elder Avery, I’ll be watching near the end because He’ll probably show up first.

Friday – Today was pretty normal. Friday’s are the only day that we don’t have something special going on, so I guess that makes it special, but yeah, nothing too exciting.

Saturday – Our TRC lesson was good. We found out that one of the investigators that some of us had been teaching was getting baptized on Saturday. I hadn’t ever taught him, but other people had. Me and Jake practiced our song too. Oh and our class and lesson went pretty well.

Sunday – Sunday was the best! Our priesthood meeting went well and our sacrament meeting went even better. It was really spiritual. The two sisters that spoke were really good and President and Sister Tang were great as always. Elder Brown and Elder Eggersten played If you Could Hie to Kolob. Elder Brown on violin, Elder Eggersten accompanying. Oh before our sacrament meeting we had a great District meeting. Sacrament was about Faith in Christ’s atonement and our District meeting was about the Book of Mormon. Our district meeting was really spiritual and people shared their favorite scriptures. Later that night we had our devotional. Brother Droubay spoke. I think he’s in charge of media in the church, or is at least high up in the media department. Anyways, he talked about all the stuff the church is doing with media. He also shared stuff that I can’t tell you because no one is supposed to know. Before he spoke, me and Jake sang our song and it went great! After I was so glad we were done. I was surprised, I was pretty nervous. Well the devotional was awesome and after we watched the video about the first vision and Kirtland.

Monday – I love P day. We got everything done and we get to skype real people in Taiwan (I’m guessing). I’ll tell you how it goes. The church is true and remember to have faith in Christ. He can help you with all of your problems. I gotta go. Good luck this week. Talk to you next Monday!
